Tour préliminaire :
Il y a 20 équipes participantes réparties en 4 groupes (A, B, C et D) de 5 équipes après tirage au sort.
Toutes les équipes d’un groupe s’affrontent une fois, une victoire offre 2 points, un match nul offre 1 point, une défaite ne donne droit à aucun point.
Les 3 premières équipes de chaque groupe se qualifient au tour principal.

Tour principal :
Les 12 équipes ainsi qualifiées sont réparties en 2 groupes (E et F) de 6 équipes.
Toutes les équipes d’un groupe s’affrontent une fois, une victoire offre 2 points, un match nul offre 1 point, une défaite ne donne droit à aucun point.
Les 4 premières équipes de chaque groupe se qualifient en phase finale.

Phase finale :
La phase finale est un tournoi classique à élimination directe en match simple.
En cas d'égalité, on joue alors 5 minutes de prolongation tant qu’il n’y a pas de vainqueur.

¼ de finale :
QF1 : 1E / 4F
QF2 : 3E / 2F
QF3 : 2E / 3F
QF4 : 4E / 1F

½ finale :
DF1 : Vainqueur QF1 / Vainqueur QF2
DF2 : Vainqueur QF3 / Vainqueur QF4
